Here is my complete save set for the second Digimon game in the cyber sleuth series.
There is a save for every trophy in the game, with instructions in each folder.

That means the save was probably created with a piece of DLC that's not present on your PS4, which means the save is relying on data you don't have. It could even be DLC not actually available in your country or with your edition of the game (like some pre-order DLC for instance) and so might not necessarily appear in the PSN store.
