Here is my save for the trophies "The Final Instance" & "The Last Remnant".
You are standing in front of the "Mysterious Woman" just talk to her and accept to get "The Final Instance".
For the "Last Remnant" trophy you have to continue on with the game and beat the final boss. (Which is a special version because all the quests are done) Two of what i think are the most difficult to achieve for this game. Enjoy!

In addition to the two trophy save above here is my save for "The Heir of Ultimate Fate" trophy. Just go to the crafter and make "Ragna-rock".

i believe changing the region is possible. As for them being the same CUSA i have no idea. Never seen a EU save yet.

I know i did that and uploaded the save so people don't need to waste an hour. But thank you. Modding saves comes with risks i guess.
