Trophy "Good Father" in loading screen - all robot pieces
Trophy "Bad Father" wait till next day or sleep one more time if possible - don´t find Timmy within 100 days
"Major Cannibalism" - Eat an entire family - You must login or register to view this content.
Load save, go into cave and to the green flag. there you can eat 12 feets and 12 arms from drying rack (while holding x down)
"Step Master" Pass 50.000 steps with Pedometer - You must login or register to view this content.
Load save and go the last - I believe - 50 meters
"Trophy Hunter" Kill all animal and display heads - You must login or register to view this content.
Load save- go to beach - chop head of shark and stick it on house. Trophy will pop for you.
"Vegan" and "Finish Game" - You must login or register to view this content.
Play from save till the end and you get "Vegan" and "Finish Game" trophy.
You can also get "Make It Rain" - set off sprinklers &
"Gross!" - drink from cooler with lawyers head inside &
"Daily Grind" - drink from coffee machine &
"Big Spender" - buy a soda and a candy from vending machine
with this save.

According to him, in short, the saves are not working, an issue with the zips not opening correctly.
Opening the downloads, I think the issue is just that within the zip are the game files themselves WITHOUT a CUSA folder. Meaning, you should extract the contents of the zip, create a folder named "CUSA12398", put it in a dummy account on your USB stick (folder name "0000000000000000" or however many digits the account numbers/letters are), and resign from there. Do not try to import directly from the zips because that is not how the download was intended.

Before groaning people myfriend simple learn the basis how save wizard work,
Create a folder 0000000000000000 and inside a folder called CUSA12398 and inside it put the 2 files that this good person did, and resign it on save wizard you will see it will work.
Always remember that these guys could have keep these saves for themself and not give it to you, so be happy erase that useless groan.

Download ZIP -> extract 2 files to desktop -> make a folder called CUSA12398 and drag the 2 files inside there (make sure its a normal folder and not a ZIP) -> make a ZIP (you can name it what you want) and put the CUSA12398 folder you made with the files inside the ZIP -> click on import and select the zip you made
that's the ZIP method if that didn't work you can try what aeneax and 19willy74 did suggest you
