In the lore explorer zip you will have a save and the profile save. The profile save stores all the collectible data, you need to resign everything in the zip related to the trophies you need. I also believe there are text files in there as well with instructions.

If you resign the profile save. You'll have infinite rocket launcher on any of the saves. The items are in the item box. So for example if you use the hardcore save with the infinite ammo profile save you'll have the rocket launcher in the item box.
