This is the furthest i can get you only 4 fights left
i hope this helps as there is only around 4 stages left.
V and Dante have been cleared, just Nero left on stage 98/101
if i make any mistakes i apologise as this is my 2nd thread
be warned this may unlock other trophies if mission 20 is completed on the story mode.
you should only need the save not the system save or network settings
this is only a head start and i hope it works as this is untested as i am still attempting to finish this myself

At the end, when I copy the save to my ps4 the save still is european

It looks valid just from a quick glance although I didn't try resigning it. Which way did you attempt to resign it? It sounds like you extracted it from the RAR, but if you were using the "import" button the it would still need to be put into a ZIP file first. Inside the RAR is a valid-looking CUSA folder with PS4 save files inside of it. Turn that CUSA into a ZIP and use that ZIP for the import. Or put the CUSA folder itself right onto a USB stick, in a fake profile folder: Look at how your PS4 has made your profile on your USB stick, and you'll come to a folder with a combination of 16 letters and numbers. Make a different one and plop the CUSA right inside of it, like this: USB drive letter >>> PS4 >>> Savedata >>> 0000000000000000 >>> CUSA folder >>> PS4 save files. If you do that then you'll see, in the resign tab of Save Wizard, the saves right there listed under that fake profile name (don't register the profile, no need), so just resign right form there.
