thank u for the saves data but I don't know what I have to do after I download it
I try to transfer the saves data on my ps4 but I had error says ( this save data used by other player ) so do I have any way to copy it ?
my region is EU

You need to resign it with Save Wizard which you can buy on savewizard.net
