Just load the save, you should be right in front of a Bandit Den "Gazatraz" use the sensor to find it.
Note the trophy lags, it took about 10+ seconds on my alt account to pop.
Feedback needed. let me know if it worked for you guys. hopefully SW lets us changed the region.

So i managed to unlock with this..
Off With Their Heads - 100 Headshots
Off Balance - Knock 19 bikers off their bikes with the phoenix dodge
Goon De-leet - Kill 1337 Goons
Bytesize Takedown - Destroy 128 vehicles while driving the phoenix
Explosive Ending - Kill an enemy with a turrent drone explosion
Can't Stop Pop - Pop 17 Balloons
On The Limit - Maintain Top Speed for 10 seconds with the Raptor
I think it would probably unlock 200 rocket launcher kills and the zipline trophy if you do it once more (I already had them), thats what i did for the others
