Just beat the last Hawaii race (Kilavea), but I think you have to end up being 5th at least.

I just beat any races with a better overall score with 1-2 more points thus unlocking the trophy.
Supersonic
Go to Japon->Kyoto->Spirale and choose Night Rider car and use your nitro repeatedly.
Go-Kart Champion
Just enter to Amateur tournaments
Getting Famous
Just enter to Professional tournaments
Master of the Racetrack
Just enter to Master tournaments

I achieved it while I was completing one race for every Country, it's super easy to achieve #1 position with the 10th car... In order to accumulate the few remaining points you need to achieve the trophy.
Only one track for each Country and #1 position it's necessary (at least, that's what happened to me).
Be careful to collect many coins as you can during all your races, and end up with a lot of gasoline (that you can also refill)
