I try my best to get close but some save point are still little far form the trophy place. I will add info for each save if i have time.
It will be platinum save set i guess...It is a platinum save set now!
And now it have two version! EU AND US!
Just follow the save one by one, I have order the save set, so dont worry even you're 0%

Is that wrong save? I didn't try the save, so maybe I put the wrong save. ( In this save you should in a place that full of lava and around a stairs that have 3 direction)
That save need you to go to left hand side of the stairs. And you will see a crystal portal and you need to get inside and open all 3 loot. After you open them all, leave here.
Alright! I believe I misunderstood the concept of the trophy. ((As mentioned by Acyice, Once you load the save basically head to the right "Next to the stairs" and enter the portal, loot all 3 chests and once you leave the trophy will pop))

Yes you can get the platinum, but actually not all trophies.
As i said, no DLC required. This save set is unable to unlock any DLC trophies.
But yes, you can unlock every trophies about main story.
Yea I wanna get the plat = Main game trophies all of them + plat

good with weapons trophy not pop for me its my final trophy to get plat 
is there anyone got it ? becuse i re region it without profile
i dont know if the problem from the save or becuse diffrent region ?

I'm not sure if that's one of them, but many trophies in this game track on the profile because they carry over across playthroughs. Many people get this one in their first playthrough so I'm just not sure if this one carries across playthroughs or not, but it wouldn't surprise me. Whatever weapons you have on you, try dropping them and picking them up, go to the blacksmith and seeing what's there. At least I think I remember a blacksmith...
