UPDATE - ADDED SAVE FOR THE TROPHY 1000 KILLS

SAVE 1 - SIREN
Take the elevator to initiate cutscenes leading into a boss fight, beat Biggs and Wedge them draw Siren from Elvolet
SAVE 2 - DIABLOS
Use the Magic Lamp and beat the boss
SAVE 3 - BROTHERS
Go up four screens. Approach Sacred for the boss fight.
SAVE 4 - CARBUNCLE/ FIRST SALARY
Just wait a couple minutes and the trophy first salary should pop
Take the boxes over the car and head left along the edge to the next screen.
Go up the ladder, then climb onto the roof to get the the place with the president's corpse.
Go up the stairs next to the corpse, into the red-carpeted hallway, exiting down to the next screen for a boss fight.
Draw Carbuncle from these guys
SAVE 5 - TOP RANK
TUTORIAL > TEST > YES > YNNNNYYYYY
SAVE 6 - LEVIATHAN
Head to the main elevator and take it down to B1.
When the dialogue is over, exit to the left and enjoy some more dialogue.
Use draw no boss
SAVE 7 - CARDS CLUB MASTER/CARD PLAYER/LOSER
Rest until quistis apear to challenge you, set the cards ifrit, diablos, sacred, minotaur and seifer to beat she easily. If you lose then the trophy Loser will pop.
SAVE 8 - TONBERRY
Enter the ruins. Exit upwards. Then go up the stairs to the next screen.
Kill one more Tonberry and the Tonberry King shows up.
SAVE 9 - PANDEMONA
Head to the hotel, beat Raijin and the sodiers, then draw pandemona from fujin
SAVE 10 - CERBERUS
Beat the boss
SAVE 11 - ALEXANDER
Enter in the room on the right
Approach the middle of the room to trigger scenes, you must first kill seifer, then draw the gf from edea
SAVE 12 - TIMBER MANIACS
Go upstairs and take the last magazine on the ground
SAVE 13 - RAGNAROK
Exit right. Talk to Ellone. Get into the empty capsule. After the flashbacks, talk to Ellone again.
With a timer counting down, you need to adjust yourself so that Rinoa is in the exact middle of the screen when the timer runs out. Hold triangle button for faster movement.
SAVE 14 - CACTUAR
There is a little cactuar popping up here and there on the island. Run into him for a battle.
SAVE 15 - MAXIMUM HP
MENU > JUNCTION SQUALL > ABILITY > EQUIP HP+80%, HP+40% AND HP+20%.
SAVE 16 - DOOMTRAIN
Use the item Solomon Ring
SAVE 17 - UFO
Run around near the crater to trigger an encounter with the alien (PuPu).
Give PuPu 5 Elixers.
SAVE 18 - BAHAMUT
In the far southwest corner of the world map is a structure in the ocean. This is the Deep Sea Research Centre.
Land the Ragnarok on the Deep Sea Research Centre to enter the facility.
Walk down to trigger dialogue. Choose "Let's hear it."
Enter the building through the door on the right.
When the blue light is pulsating, DO NOT WALK. When it stops pulsating, work toward the core. If you walk while the light is pulsing, you are forced into a battle.
Walk to the right a bit so that you approach the core from below. There is a vine/root in your way in the middle that you probably have to step to the right of to get close enough to trigger some "dialogue".
When asked "So you wish to challenge me...", choose "It's not our will to fight." to pick a fight with a Ruby Dragon.
When asked "Begging me for mercy?" choose "Never." for a fight with another ruby dragon.
When asked "Damned imbecile. Why do you wish to fight?", choose the invisible third option "(It's our nature...)" to launch a boss fight.
SAVE 19 - OBEL LAKE SECRET
Press X to search while walking around the area. The treasure should be somewhere near the middle of the island
SAVE 20 - MAGIC MINER
Press X to search while walking around the area to find draw point until the trophy pop
SAVE 21 - EDEN
Examine the console to trigger a battle. Draw the GF from Ultima Weapon
SAVE 22 - OMEGA WEAPON
Exit left. Cross the bridge and exit down. Exit down again.
Stand in the green circle and switch party
Walk up to the hanging rope and examine it to start ringing a bell (and trigger a 1 minute timer).
Quickly get back in the green circle and change party again.
Exit up through the door back into the church-like building to find Omega
SAVE 23 - END OF GAME
Walk up and knock on the door. Choose "Get it over with. Fight her now."
SAVE 24 - 1000 KILLS/HANDYMAN
Just kill more 3 monsters
Use the ability Junk Shop and upgrade any weapon to unlock handyman trophy

I haven't encountered any problems whatsoever.
I also found a way to get 'CHOCOBO'. Use save 8 'TONBERRY', before you enter (or after you leave) run over to Chocobo Forest: Intermediate. It's the forest nearby shaped like a dome. After the tutorial press SQUARE and ask for help. 1200 Gil later he will catch one for you and the trophy will pop at the naming screen. That just about makes this a full platinum save-set minus the 3 you get at the very beginning of the game very easily.

I was able to get everything after getting Ifrit using this set. the save 8 for Chocobo Trick worked perfect, though it made me have to go all the way to the NorthEast forest to be able to do it, but still worked
Omega can be, and IS, a pain- but do everything in your power to make sure that no one levels up during the process of getting to him for the fight, or expect to lose each time it happens. It may not always be the start of the battle, but the second anyone's level is divisible by 5 = instant death to any and all members! was the same in the OG release, a little secret irritation for people who level grind from the devs. lol.
