To echo what others have said, sometimes the Save Wizard servers just got backed up, and depending on the size and structure of the save you're trying to resign, one save is more likely to make it through than another one when the servers are clogged (in simple terms at least). It sounds like the servers were a bit busy when you were resigning and so they were having trouble with that particular save. A few hours before or after, or even 15 minutes before or after, and that level 25 save would likely resign just fine if nobody else is having any issues.

It may be possible that you still have a save on "Footsteps of giants" or "The great vault"? I need it for Damn Gina trophy( obtain al vault rewards). I dont know why but i did not got it and i heavn't saved the game before. If not, i can still use your lvl 25 save
, is only 5quests away

But yea the Lvl 25 save will work for that.
