A 100% completed Need For Speed Heat save game.
I don't know if you get any trophies from using this but here you have it.

Collectibles pop up if u go online

You need to resign it using a program called Save Wizard. I've included a couple of links below. Others cannot resign your saves for you. The Save Wizard software is tied to specific accounts.

These are PS4-format saves so PC versions of games cannot read them.

Here's some pretty general advice (not all is applicable to all games):
It could be that patches / DLC, if any, changed what counts as "100% complete" in a save file. Same goes for some trophies in some games.
Make sure you're launching the game offline. Sometimes games check against your stats stored on an online server, and in the event of a conflict some screwy things can happen. And it usually helps to delete (but back them up first) your own saves before transferring over resigned saves. If a profile save is included with the download, make sure you transfer that, but sometimes the profile save can actually get in the way, so try it with and without the profile save.
Again, not all of that would be applicable to any one game. I'm unsure if this game even uses profile saves, for instance, given that I haven't played it. But hopefully something in there will help.

This is a Platinum save, meaning the uploader already achieved platinum with this save game and then uploaded it. Most of the time, saves like this don't pop trophies and that's usually not their intent, although there are exceptions.
You'd have much better look searching for a thread containing saves made right before popping particular trophies. Look for individual trophy names, or threads with "save set" in the title.
