This is a trophy guide / complete single-player save set for Red Dead Redemption II on PlayStation 4 - CUSA03041, the USA version. Here is the EU version provided by Amoo_Ali.

ALL of these saves were provided by myself, completely redone besides the few in my other set for the game. Inside of the download will include, all the saves, plus a readable ".PDF" with specific instructions that I displayed in the video.
This download includes ALL of the saves listed above, plus two extras that aren't in the video, Guarma & NG+. This profile is also the same as "[url=https://[removed].com/forums/members/bloodrive65/]bloodrive65[/url]" on P2, I'm just making duplicates of my posts.

I haven't downloaded the save yet, so I'd like to know which trophy save file is the one with furthest progress in the game?
All saves should work on any region. Just need to be re-regioned for the correct one your trying to play on. I've linked EU saves, on the other thread but that was from saves of my own. I didn't take material from anyone else. All of this is my own. So yes it should work.
The EU thread I posted is just a quick link to someone else's complete save set only for the EU version of the game. Although I think it hasn't been altered in quite a bit or it won't be touched again by the main uploader.
As far as overall completion I've got a 100% save file, plus numerous save points at different times throughout the story. Such as Prologue, Epilogue, Chapter 1 - 6 & then the 100%. Most of the saves included aren't exactly percentage designed - more trophy correlated. But all folders are labeled with the correct saves in them, using the .PDF will instruct you on the best way to achieve said trophy/trophies & I've got a general overview of all of the saves in my YouTube video linked above. All that should be left is the re-regioning.
Can you tell me which save file is the 100% one? That's all I'm after. Do you also have everything crafted from the trapper (Clothes, saddles, etc.) in your save?
It should be labeled inside of the folder as "100% Everything Complete + Platinum", when you unzip the main download. I don't specifically remember what I did, although I believe I got most of them, if I didn't you already have all resources & materials to gather the rest of the items. I know ALL of the missing items are collected as well.

Man, this is annoying. I've re-regioned your save file and copied it to my system storage and although your save appears, it's in a different RDR2 folder rather than my existing one. Basically, I've got two RDR2 saved data folders now and it will only load my original saves.

How do I refresh the check point?
Sleep your max hours, then sleep max hours again, then save & reload & then save & reload again. It's what I did in "Bountiful", if it's not refreshed & she doesn't show some trigger hasn't been set.
