I believe once you do this, you just have to beat any mission from the 6 and the trophy is yours for the challenges.

Edit: Tried again after deleting all my saves and went to offline mode and for some reason the trophy popped lol? But thanks so much! headache over... lol.
I literally tried that and it didn't work lol.. I re-regioned this save to EU as well.. everytime I load up there are no times posted on the challenges section.. so not sure if re-region but I even tried the unlock all cheat on SW still no result... Same result with the EU save file and I'm confused as to why its not working lol :/
