having obtained the trophy on my playthrough from launch, the last file is after defeating nemesis when you climb the ladder. i havent looked at these saves, but are you sure you don't need to collect it?
Yes you have to collect it. That's what the video and his instructions say to do. But when I collect it after beating Nemesis, nothing happens. After going back to the main menu from that you can go to records and see the trophy is checked off, but the trophy never popped for me.
Same thing here. Collect the file in the save room, beat Nemesis, collect the file on the platform and still nothing.

then you did it wrong. I left it at the last Charlie, just take the last one and for get the trophy
