Before using the saves make sure to download the free DLC first:
- Persona 5 Royal Legacy DLC Bundle
- Persona 5 Royal Tracksuit Costume Set
New Game Plus (Save 01)
Has full persona compendium, max social stats, equipment, gifts, money etc. No trophies will pop.

== During the First Palace (Castle) ==
I am Thou… (Save 03)
Enter the palace and run North-west until you get to an area with multiple guards. Ambush them and use a skill that a shadow is weak to. (Don't use Joker's persona attacks as they are strong) Make them all fall down so you can start a negotiation. Choose: “Lend me your power.†Use You must login or register to view this content. to find the right answers for the negotiation. Always check the Type first before choosing an answer, once you get all the right answers (the music notes), you'll obtain the persona and the trophy.
Punch That Clock! & Leblanc Buffer (Save 04) - Work at the convenience store. After you're done you'll be back in Leblanc. Talk to the restroom door and start cleaning.
A Deadly Debut (Save 05) - Talk to Igor. Create a New Persona and fuse Pixie with Arsène. Trophy will pop after you get back to the Persona selection.
Tactical Teamwork (Save 06) - Head north and go up the stairs. You'll learn how to ambush in style from Morgana. Ambush the shadow and use your gun on Pixie to weaken it. (Don't kill it) Back out and press R2 to baton pass to a party member. Trophy will pop immediately.
You'd Better Hang On! (Save 07) - Head all the way north until you get to a broken stairs. Morgana will give you a Grappling Hook. Look up and use L1 to grab the hook. Trophy will pop immediately.
Technician [Save 08] - Fight any enemy you see. Don't kill all the monsters yet until it's Ann's turn. Use the skill Dormina to sleep the enemy. Then use a melee attack to make a technical hit on the sleeping enemy. Trophy will pop immediately.
Let's Blow It Up (Save 09) - For this trophy, it's a random encounter so you'll have to find enemies that have a purple glow around them when you battle them. I found one in Tower:Middle Level room by going up the stairs. You fight three enemies and the middle one has the purple glow. Kill the purple enemy first to let it explode and it will destroy the other two enemies. Trophy will pop right away.
Easy Money (Save 10) - Talk to the lottery stand and claim your prize.
Batter Up! (Save 10) - After you claimed your lottery prize, you should go to the Batting Cages in Yongen-Jaya to play the batting game. You only need one hit to get the trophy.
Tokyo Tourist (Save 11) - Accept Ryuji's invite to hangout. Trophy will pop after you go home again.
Castle of Lust: Seized (Save 12) - Sleep and fast forward the day. Trophy will pop after the cutscene with Kamoshida.
Phantom Thieves: Assemble! (Save 13) - Sleep and fast forward the day. You'll be eating with your friends in a restaurant. Grab the fish dish, giant dessert, meat dish and rice dish. Fast forward again until you get to choose a name for your team. Trophy will pop after confirming the name.

== During the Second Palace (Museum) ==
Professional Modification (Save 02) - Talk to Iwai, use his shop and customize any weak gun.
Talent Thief + Jose's Favorite Customer + The Phantom Philatelist + The Search for Power (Save 03)
Go to the new area: Aiyatsbus: Area 1 where you will meet José again. Before you find his shop, collect around 15-20 flowers in the area.
After you got enough flowers, find José and give him the Crystal of Lust accessory to get the first trophy.
The shop will now be available. Trade flowers and change the cognition of Mementos to get the other trophies.
** Max out the “Items Rewards up†to get the trophy “The Search for Powerâ€. (If you want your trophies to look legit, you should wait until you're further in the game)
The Purpose of a Thief (Save 04) - Leave the room. Head west and go north up the stairs. You'll get a cutscene when you run to the golden vase. Your teammates get locked out and you need to free them. You can watch You must login or register to view this content. on how to do this. Once that's done talk to the golden vase and use Morgana's Lucky Punch when you battle the treasure demon. When it gets knocked down, talk to it and you'll obtain the treasure demon as well as the trophy. If you fail to get it reload the save and try again.
A Grand Experiment (Save 05) - Talk to Igor and perform an Electric Chair execution by chosing Itemize Persona. Select any low level persona to sacrifice.
True Confidence (Save 06) - Hangout with Ryuji to get max Confidant rank.
Museum of Vanity: Repossessed (Save 07) - Sleep and fast forward the day. Trophy will pop during Madarame's speech.

== After the Second Palace ==
Trash Into Treasure - Sell any kind of Sooty clothing to Furugi no Neuchi. Trophy pops after leaving.
A Serene Experience - Visit the temple.
A Hustler's Journey - Go to the Billiards club and play a game.
Dartslinger - Go to the Darts club and play alone or invite your friends.

== During the Third Palace (Bank) ==
Accident-Prone + Efficient Executioner (Save 04)- Talk to Igor and Create a New Persona, do an Advanced Fusion and make a Flauros (lvl 19).
Both trophies will pop after learning a skill.
Intensive Training (Save 04) - Go back to the first menu and choose Train Personas in Lockdown. First put a persona (Flauros) in Train mode and burn an Incense when asked. Trophy pops immediately.
My Closest Partner (Save 05) - Hangout with Ann to get her to rank 9. After the scene with Shiho answer Ann with: “I believe in you†and “You have meâ€. Don't choose the other option or the trophy won't pop.

== Palaces ==
Pyramid of Warth: Plundered (Save 04) - Sleep and fast forward the day.
Spaceport of Greed: Obliterated (Save 05) - Sleep and fast forward the day. (Classroom Answer: Bouba) Trophy pops during cutscene with Haru's Father.
Casino of Jealousy: Bankrupted (Save 06) - Fast forward the day, trophy will pop during cutscene with Sae Niijima.
Cruiser of Pride (Save 07) - Sleep and fast forward the day. Trophy will pop when you are back in Leblanc with your group.
The Thorough Trickster [Save 08] - Defeat the final boss in Mementos.

== Misc Trophies ==
Master of Akihabara (Save 02) - Enter the maid café.
A Night in Kichijoji (Save 03) - Enter the Jazz club and invite someone. (If not working, try Save 04)
Angler's Debut (Save 04) - Open the map and go to the fishing pond in Ichigaya. Catch a small fish and the trophy will pop.
A Most Studious Disguise (Save 05) - Go to sleep and fast forward the day. Trophy pops during Lunchtime.
Getting the Vapors (Save 06) - Enter the bathhouse.
Going Against the Crane (Save 07) - Play the Green Crane machine and win a prize. If you fail to get the Jack Frost Doll, reload the save.
Unsurpassed Rebel [Save 08] - Go to any floor and wait around 3-5 minutes without moving around. When you hear the chains, the reaper is coming. Defeat the reaper using the persona Izanagi-no-Okami. Use the skills Concentrate and Myriad Truths for more damage. Trophy pops after you killed it.
Success Built on Sacrifice (Save 09) - Talk to Igor and Create New Personas. Choose Strengthen Persona (Gallows) and perform a Gallows execution with two persona. Trophy pops after skill selection.
The Deviated Cognition (Save 12) - Continue in Mementos, kill a few monsters with the car by holding R2 and keep changing floors until you get to a floor that becomes really dark. Ryuji and Morgana will start talking about it and once you get close to the car, the trophy should pop immediately. (You must login or register to view this content.)

== Royal Content ==
Take Back the Future (Save 15) - Leave the room, go right and take the elevator. Go up the stairs to find the last boss. Defeat the final boss in the last palace.
The Path Chosen (Save 16) - Enter Leblanc, choose any dialogue options and watch the cutscenes. You can't skip these so you'll have to watch everything including the credits. You'll get the trophy once the small cutscene ends after the credits.

This save was made before I encountered a deviation. Did Morgana even talk about the deviation? And did you enter your car and moved around in the darkness? Otherwise the trophy won't pop.

Like I said it's all RNG, it's a small chance and it only appears a few times in a playthrough.. I can't do anything about that. You have to keep changing floors.. or try it on a different day.
