I had thought it brought the Mayo save down to a few minutes. I actually had to put my controller down with that game.

I could be wrong, but I thought I read on the Remnant: From the Ashes Board that it no longer works as an insta-plat. Although someone can always install from disc or download the 1.00 via Charles.
