EXPLORER (Drive a total of 1,000 miles in vehicles in "Jimmy's Vendetta")
This is definitely in the top 5 worst trophies i've ever seen.
999.9 miles have been driven, you just need to do the rest and the trophy will pop.

Impossible without Advanced Mode. Last I checked Save Wizard didn't support Mafia II yet, so this would be resign only. If they do add it, that's no guarantee that they would also include Advanced Mode.
