All 30 levels have been beaten. You can finish any level on Nightmare in Co-op to get the trophy. I suffered through level 29 so you don't have to.

I resigned the save to US, and did level 30 on co-op but to no trophy pop. Massive props for contributing the save though, this trophy is bullshit and hopefully your save helps out the EU region alot.

I beat level 30 and uploaded the save, you only need to do any level in nightmare for it to pop now. Like Level 1, which is super easy solo even. Can update links with these if you want:

I re-regioned this save, but beating the first level in co-op on nightmare difficulty didn't pop anything. Anyone know why?
