Not sure but action probably will trigger them. But chapter complete trophies will not pop (correct me if I'm wrong) with this save. I only shared this save because of 100% campaing challenges/Dark Ops completed. And all calling card will unlock for multiplayer and zombies

Not sure but I already got all campaing trophies and didn't test this save for trophies. Only noticed that it reset my challenges from campaing after playing from different console without campaing save...
