Don't drop down yet. Far right door, go all the way down to the very first room where you encountered the first zombie. Do the painting puzzle to get,
Gunsmith Trophy "Find all the weapons"

Go back to where you were when you loaded the save. Drop down, enter the first door to the right of the drop area. Kill last zombie to get,
Avenger Trophy "Kill all enemies"

Same room as the last zombie will be a MedKit in the tub pick it up to get,
Pharmacist Trophy "Find all the kits"

Leave that room, behind the counter on a barrel is the last note pick it up to get,
Library mouse Trophy "Find all the notes"

Same area is the piano go to it, and intact with it and do the last puzzle to get,
Brain Trophy "Solve all the puzzles"

Fourth, Load Save Number 3. That Reads,

Don't use any MedKits as I already used two. Equip the Magnum.
Follow the path to the end, where you see two lit candles and door will open. To the left of it will be last ammo pick it up to get,
Ready for combat Trophy "Find all the ammo"

Enter the boss room, kill it quickly. This method at times works and other times won't. What you need to do is shoot boss with magnum gun click triangle to open inventory so it loads second point quickly, shot repeat no ammo. click R1 reload then inventory. When you think it reloaded keep at it until she is dead. You will get,

Use 4 MedKits. Go to the boss room. Don't kill it yet. Shoot it three times. She will spawn zombies kill them all but leave one. Have the zombie damage you. Use MedKit, Have it damage you Use MedKit, Have it damage you use MedKit. Kill Boss. You will get,
