This save took me a lot of time and finally here.
The game is very easy but time consuming, here is the save for two longest trophies and just before platinum.

Batting 500
499 Bounty done, just go for 1 more and trophy pop!

Dream Team
The save got 5 char in level 70 and 1 char in level 69 (wiz), this is to say just go for some hit and all 6 char in level 70 done!

PS: PS3 save can be import into PS4, only if you got everything: PS3 + game AND PS4 + game.

Is it possible to transer the save with PS3 system to PS4? Like GTA Character transfer?

Yes, you can.

You need PS3 + Game AND PS4 + Game to do it. But sadly that the “Bounty challenges” will NOT transfer and reset to zero.

Are you using SaveWizard, or Xploder? Because Xploder doesn't work still. SW does, however.
