(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); the save just in front of yharnam queen boss fog gate.kill the queen and the trophy will pop up.
It will save you couple of hour through chalice dungeon to get this trophy.

modded character with inf health sure you cant die.

-load char name `Grim` lvl 544 and kill the Yharnam Pthumerian Queen and get the 'Yharnam,Pthumerian Queen' trophy

Then you just need to open ailing loran chalice layer 2 to find beast claw for hunter essense trophy

Nope I had a look at his weapon set, he doesn't have them all so that trophy wont pop, there are several missing.

Maybe need to open new playthrough to collect back the weapon
