It will save you couple of hour through chalice dungeon to get this trophy.
modded character with inf health sure you cant die.
-load char name `Grim` lvl 544 and kill the Yharnam Pthumerian Queen and get the 'Yharnam,Pthumerian Queen' trophy

Hi, I suggest to everyone to play this excellent game from start, without youtube and help file.
A save file would ruin a masterpiece that's hard in the beginning but that is really good to play even in coop.
I used this save file for the end game chalice because it's a boring grinding (in my opinion) and this helped a lot.
In the end I can confirm this save did the job .

Just tested and got the Yharnam Queen trophy. I tried making a Loran Chalice and went to Layer 2 to get the Beast Claw but unfortunately, there were other missable weapons not collected. I did however keep going through Layer 2 of that Chalice and got the Blood Gem trophy for beating that layers boss, so....Thank You! Just need that trophies for all Weapons and Tools, and I'm all done!

Go in the forbidden woods and collect the Canon!
You also Need to collect the Hunter torch & Rosmarinus. EASY
Now you Need to kill endboss and Start NG+.
Now just collect the last one missing:
Blade of mercy.
BLING TROPHY & PLATINUM.
Please Share your save before collect Blade of Mercy.
