No. But three annoying AF trophies. The Reunion (visit a players base), and the two center trophies (Survival and Permadeath).
Sadly the base game trophies are no retroactive. So we need a save before the trophy unlocks.

Guys, can you talk me through the following instructions.
I load the permadeath save up first of all.
Take a Deep Breath
Reach the Centre of the Galaxy in Survival Mode
To Live Forever
Reach the Centre of the Galaxy in Permadeath Mode:
Simply
change galaxy with one jump
2 trophy unlocked
When the save loads, I am about 3000 steps away from my ship, radiation is critical at 50% - I cant get to my ship without dying.
How do I complete this please?
EDIT: oh and I cant summon the ship as it is critically damaged and no materials to repair it.
So I am thinking this save does nothing?

The Save does work I used it.
Load the perma-death save and turn around, your ship is near you. Press run and you should sprint towards your ship.
Once inside, lift off and aim for the sky until you reach outer space. Then open your star map and push left or right (I went left) and confirm your selection.
Upon making the jump to another galaxy, two trophies will unlock:
Take a deep breath and To live forever.

can`t find any portal, can`t find ship, all equipment is broken, ship is broken, the reunion thropy worked fine
Nevermind used the same save from reunion thats why i didnt worked, used the other save and it worked. thx
