Confirmed that this save enables infinite ammo, just follow the above poster's method and it works.

Nega any NG+ on classic has no upgrades as the gel coding is hidden so no upgrades pass over from clear save

I think Evil Within 2 has a glitch when choosing new game plus from the casual autosave because my character had max stamina and max health on classic mode. I still got the trophy after completing but wasn't sure at first so I kept playing to see if it would pop.

There's no glitch. The owner of the save completed the game on Classic, then used that save as a New Game + on Casual difficulty. He upgraded Sebastian's abilities a little, but not his weapons. So when you use that save to start NG+ on Classic difficulty again, he will have the health/stamina that was gained during the Casual playthrough.
