Game versions are 1.01(for Asia, 1.00), and System versions are 4.74(for US, 5.01).
All things were done in these saves and all characters have MAX status. Some trophies can pop also. See the list below.
Completed Map[Completed the map of the Isle of Seiren.]
Pop automatically after loading.
Item Collector[Achieved 100% Item Collection Rate.]
Get one more item.
Skilled Angler[Uncovered all entries in the [Fish] section of the Journal.]
Get one more fish.
Monster Expert[Uncovered all entries in the [Monster] section of the Journal. (Except Primitive Fish)]
Beast Buster[Defeated 2000 or more monsters.]
Kill one more monster.
Material Researcher[Uncovered all entries in the [Materials and Ingredients] section of the Journal.]
Get one more material or ingredient.
Distant Exploration[Traveled a total distance of 400 krimelye.]
Move one more step.
Triple Eight[Obtained 888 units of a single item.]
Get one more item which is more than 888 units.
Dino Slayer[Defeated 100 dragon-type Ancient Species.]
Kill one more dragon-type Ancient Species.
Skill Finisher[Performed a Skill Finish 1000 times.]
Kill one more monster by using skills.
Grand Breaker[Activated 1000 Breaks.]
Flash Guarder[Activated 100 Flash Guards.]
Flash Mover[Activated 100 Flash Moves.]
EXTRA Master[Activated 100 EXTRA Skills.]
Activate one more Break, Flash Guard, Flash Move and EXTRA Skill.
Elegant Interception[Achieved an S Rank for an Interception.]
Finish an Interception with S rank.
Historic Interceptor[Cleared all Interceptions.]
Omnious Suppressor[Cleared all Suppression Battles.]
Finish one Interception and Suppression Battle again.
Red-Haired Adventurer[Explored thoroughly with Adol.]
Proud Noblewoman[Explored thoroughly with Laxia.]
Openhearted Fisherman[Explored thoroughly with Sahad.]
Lonely Transporter[Explored thoroughly with Hummel.]
Hard-Working Wild Girl[Explored thoroughly with Ricotta.]
Kind Tomboy[Explored thoroughly with Dana.]
Change to each character.
Nightmare Surpasser[Saw the true ending at Nightmare difficulty or higher.]
End of the Blue Waves[Cleared Epilogue - "End of the Blue Waves" and saw the true ending.]
Follow the main story and finish the final BOSS+.
Lacrimosa of the Distant Sea[Cleared Chapter 6 - "Lacrimosa of the Distant Sea".]
Finish the final BOSS.

Actually the game is really easy to get 100% collectibles, include all locations, all treasures and all villagers. They are all marked on the map while you are exploring.
