I finished farming Common Metal, all you have to do is wait three hours and Architect Trophy will unlock.

Find [MACHT 37] Blueprint then return to ACC and the Collector Trophy will pop.

Still waiting for a volunteer to provide me with a save file that has all missions completed with an S-rank, or a volunteer that is willing to complete 5 more missions with an S-rank with save file provided above.
