Can only be done if Save Wizard has Advanced Mode supported for the game. As far as I recall, SW doesn't support even Quick Mode for ANY of the Arcade Series games - Arcade Archives is a different set entirely, different publisher I think - so this cannot currently be re-regioned. Think I saw a US set for this somewhere though if you do a search in the main PS4 Trophies and Game Saves forum.
