Load cheats, MAX SOULS, save. Upload save back to PS4, load game... Nothing changes still only 116 souls. Am I doing something wrong? =(

Make sure you're adding cheats to the correct save slot. There are, I believe, 10 save slots you can select from in a Souls game. If you picked the first slot when you started your game of Dark Souls III, then it would be either Slot 1 or Slot 0, I forget which.

^Disregard. Turn out the cheats don't work until AFTER you have killed the 2nd boss. Weird.
