The sun does have very good in sport, they have been right twice months before things happen in football,

The main rumour is that the console would release in november, plenty of time for sony to sell then resell big just before christmas

It's all up to Sony if they want to set the same date for every country on launch.
But ofcourse, not all will get a PS4 on day 1 even if they pre-ordered. That is just how it's going to be ^^
