A petition like this is worthless for many reasons. Dev tools by all accounts have improved a ton along with RAM/Hardware issues. It was not due to lazy devs more a number of reasons.

Some examples:
Gimped graphics on the PS3 was due to lower market share to start with
Complex hardware
Limited RAM
Bad dev tools which did improve

Its Not About The Dev Kits Its The Devs Acceptinq Dirty Money from Microsoft To Try To Keep The Graphics on par With the ps4, when in reality if its only a lil boost the ps4 can have Microsoft try to prevent that.

Either way ps4 will be better than ps3 so I'll be happy :y:

It's a business end of the day the economy is bad right now getting money in advance is the difference between a studio going under and keeping open.
If you think money made the PS3 have worse graphics you overlooked some serious problems the PS3 had.

We All Know Why The Graphics Wasnt O.D on Ps3 But Thats The Difference Between The Ps3 and The Ps4 .Ps3 Was Hard To Dev For And The Ps4 isnt .So Thered No Excuse For It Know,But The Fact They Can Paid to nerf the ps4 graphics.

ps4 has to out sale x1 on the hardware side and the software side for this to happen,

dev's favor money and even through ps3 has now surpassed x360 in systems sales
there getting killed on the software side and its not just fps

x360 GTAV has over 200 thousand more pre orders then the ps3 version in the US

I believe this will change this gen but we wont start seeing the effects of it till year 2 and beyond
