Looks like the tune has changed again, but this time for the better, as reported by Reddit user You must login or register to view this content., that received a notification on his PlayStation App.
Not only the note mentioned that Watch_Dogs will be available to North American PSN customers at 12:01 AM (a minute after midnight) EST, but it also explained that “all” games pre-ordered after Destiny will have a pre-load option.

Question, sounds very stupid, but I have a question.
Does this include the content of when you have to install a game lol, like you know when you get the disc for a game it has to install I'm wondering if they have it so you can get that stuff and put in your disc right away and play, probably not though lol.
