Disable all of them and enable each one at a time and start it up to see which one is causing the conflict, when it doesnt work disable the .esp or .esm that you most recently enabled.
What are you modding on? PS3?

and what mods are you loading? can you take a screen shot of your loading order?
anything with textures or meshes won't work I believe, try loading only 1 mod at a time to see if they all work together like I said

thats what im trying, i did one for wings its an esp file

Textures and meshes do works you needed to put them in the misc.bsa i used these on my old oblivins, use bsacmd and fallout mod managers
