I started to tell him to sync progress but he was ignoring me every time, and the next day I call him he ignores the previous question, he told me that he started playing , but before 3 days he entered my account and signed off, I didn't see any new trophies like he still didn't play the game, ( in a blank account you can't use save data, and he just signed in without starting the game which makes him suspicious of using save data ), the next day I talked to burntlink and he told me to tell him to upload save data, but Metal ignored my request, so Burntlink had to tell him until he did, Burntlink saw the file which is missing trophy aspiration that MetalGearCry told him is deleted, Also You can see from the screenshot he entered Sims 4 save data thread the week he started playing for me.

Did talk to Fill and seemed like you did show him screenshots of the trophies you did for the other games but not for this one
i also noticed you were viewing the save set thread of the sims 4 this week when you are working on the sims 4 for 1 of your clients can you please explain what you were looking for in that thread?
also burntlink checked some stuff about the game save you were playing with he will add more proof later to the thread

Well see i can understand more people are viewing that section but there are over 1000 different threads in there and you choose to view a save set for The Sims 4 (a complete platinum save set to be exact for this game) at exact the same time you are doing the game for someone about the game save itself it didn't have the progress for the trophies you already earned and said you deleted it why is that? i don't know much about the game and if its possible what you did but burntlink probably could answer that

As you can see from my conversation with him, he stated that he doesn't have the save that he unlocked the Over-Achiever trophy on.

My question is this - Why would you delete the save and make a new character to start all over again? Why not just keep the save that you completed the aspirations on? I find it hard to believe that anyone would delete the save that they earned that gold trophy on.
The fact that you seemed to earn it relatively quickly, within 2 minutes of achieving two other skill trophies, is baffling too....
