he added me we discussed the option he is going to work with me to either get me the money back or the psn codes for the valued amount i paid for i would still like to keep this open for the time being until it is fully resolved

I will be taking this dispute in to my hands from here. Keep me updated on the situation.

I've had the rest of his money for about 2 days now but every time i go to send to him it says "We can send your payment right now, if this issue still occurs, please contact paypal"

Could you contact PayPal to see if you can resolve this issue and keep me updated please?

That, or i was wondering if i can just click refund and send him the full $70 and then have him send me back the $22 from the payment and that would equal a total of $70 for him.
