The 2 channel's at the top are rare because there aren't many old YouTube accounts anymore as about 70% are banned.
jr7d's rare because it was a VERY well known channel when channel surfing was around. It's subscribed to over 500+ channels (OG channels that are now banned.) It's one of the only accounts that isn't banned that done channel surfing to.

I still don't understand what you're saying.. Why are the old accounts being banned? Also, what do you mean by channel surfing "subbing to non active accounts?"
