UPDATED AND FIXED THE NOT OPENING ISSUE!

Hey guys
Thought id start creating tools for you all since ive recently start coming on NGU quite a lot.
WILL GET CLIENTS DONE TOMORROW

If you have CCAPI 2.50 replace PS3lib.dll with one of yours.
