why would i need to create a tool? i haven't created a tool since ghost release, never needed one. i don't even play video games as much as i did when bo2 was out. Got better things to do then modding like taking care of fam.
injecting bins is baby shit so you need a tool for that lol? I can't be arsed with creating a tool and nor have i ever touched ccapi.
the bins are there so the tools should follow as usual.

because in the game you cannot have more then 13 items in your class. if you remove the wildcards and have more then 13 items in your class the game then decides anything without wildcards will not work.
