Ok to use 2.60 and other ccapi version tools you need to install the pc version of ccapi that is the tools version for an example

GEO's tool for ps3 is ccapi 2.60 you would install 2.80 onto ps3 through pkg then install 2.60 on pc then you can use 2.60 ccapi tools now while you're on 2.80.
