Bassicly two problems that I cant fix:

1. Can't connect to filezilla: Went to mm and then got the ip there, and put in into filezilla with port 21, and it does not work.
2. Cant install CCAPI; Put the pkg on usb, usb is fat32 but is like a micro usd type. Put it into pS3, went to install packages and it wont show up there.

You have to leave the port number while setting up filezilla, you are not meant to change it. And also make sure that ftp in enabled in multiman settings.
And maybe it is the usb which is why it is not showing up, you said something about the usb is micro type.

I fixed everything but FileZilla .. It is enabled in no timeout in mm

The port number may be wrong then, setup a new console on there and leave the port as what is in there.
