If I start up Black Ops 2 it immediately goes to Zombies. Then I want to go to Multiplayer and that does not work. Then I try it again and there is the freeze!! Can somebody please help me out. I tried reinstalling the game to my HDD but that didn't work. I don't know what to do!!

In bo2 you need 2 eboots. One for zombies and one for multiplayer. Just find a multiplayer eboot.
