Im using .self file because im on ps3ita 4.50 still shouldnt be getting banned.

mhm.
1. Make sure u have PSNinja_v4 and Control Console installed.
2. Download 1.15/2.15 (Dont change the Eboot)
3. Disable the Internet Connection
4. Go to PSNinja_v4
4.1 Wipe History
4.2 Replace History
4.3 Make History Read only
4.4 Clear Web Browser History
4.5 Exit
5. Enable your Internet Connection
6. Start Black Ops 2, it should start normal.
7. Go to MP/ZB
8. Sign In
9. Connect with CCAPI and Attach
10. Have fun.

its a way, that works good for me ^^
