This tool allows you to set your stats in Black Ops 2 League play.
Unlike other league play tools, this tool actually sets the value you want it to, rather than like 8 million.
Also, its easy to get the stats to stick. Tutorial on how to set stats is in tool.

6/9/2014 - Fixed CCAPI issue.
6/11/2014 - V1.1 Release. Added Map Changer and Division Spoofer.
