Edit: and does this have an anti ban, or do I need to get an anti ban eboot?

I tested it with itz_Jewels zomies antiban eboot on 1.19, been 3 hrs n no ban so far (will update if I ever do) It works on 1.19 but has a few bugs, In Zombies: max ammo only works on one weapon, old god mode works but turns off when you put it on on other players, foce host doesnt work n causes you to freeze on the map load screen.

for it to save your edited stats just start up a solo match then kill a few zombies then kill yourself
