Instructions

Place the EBOOT in /dev_hdd0/game/BLXXXXXXX/USRDIR
Go to black ops 2 offline, then wait till you get to multiplayer
then press the PS button and sign in
then wait 30 sec or when the lag stops
then play online

Well that's why your banned, because you didn't use PSN PATCH and PSNINJA Facepalm

and its a permanent MAC banned, there is a tut to change it.
