Try reinstalling the tool. Also put the CCAPI.dll in the folder with the tool.

I got the B777x eboot and installed it but whenever i go onto the game now it just loads forever and doesnt stop loading, why?

Try going on the game offline. Then you have to sign in to the game by hitting the PSN button on the controller and hitting sign in on the dashboard.

When you create the eboot, it's something like default_mp.self eboot do I just rename it to EBOOT.BIN?

When you build it you click your region then hit build after all the options. Then after its done rebuilding then you go back to the folder and it should be a .BIN file then you just rename it to EBOOT.BIN
