I don't think there is an EBOOT Builder for XP. But there is for Antiban and Force Host. Just google Natsu EBOOT Builder and it should come up.

For the EBOOT Builder you can use mine which has the antiban.

I also have a GSC Menu for hosting XP Lobbies Smile
