I wanna a clean EBOOT because I tried a lot and all of them doesn't let me in match
Just getting into match and it won't let me with anyone so I want EBOOT work with tools and clean to let me in online with other people.

Yeah it worked, But the problem is I don't think the tools will connect with it because I'm on Dex.

use a bo2 eboot builder but just select debug and antiban

I recommend making your own, but if that does not work you can download a different EBOOT from You must login or register to view this content.. Since you are on DEX you could use a debug eboot or a regular one, only advantage of debug eboot would be using TMAPI so you could use regular eboot and connect tools through CCAPI.
