Did you go online after using a homebrew application (e.g. rebug toolbox) without first using psninja to wipe, replace and make history read only?

If not, how long were you on psn for before you got banned?

I use Rebug feature of pressing r2 and triangle to wipe history and disable syscalls before signing into psn.

Long enough to start bo2 and play a few minutes of a mp match

Sounds like you need an anti ban eboot.

Even playing from a disc and not modding period???

it detects that ur on a custom firmware. you wanna play legit? play on an ofw. do not use a cfw to "play legit"
